So this is a thing. I'm studying for the @acefitness personal trainer certification. I'm not looking to change careers or anything, but I want to learn the foundations of exercise programming. I figured a certification program is a good comprehensive resource and why not get a cert if I spend the time learning? A beautiful walk along Arresø. I've been struggling with injuries and other aches and pains the last few weeks. I can work around the injuries, but the other aches, hot flashes, poor sleep, and a general feeling of exhaustion just doesn't set me up for good workouts. So I've tossed out my current programming and shifted to focusing my workouts on shoulder rehab, breathing exercises, and recovery as my full program.
